Maddy Portal just got better

Maddy Portal has moved to a different platform to allow for improved features and easier access. You’ll be able to see dependent claims*, access details about your referrals and prior authorizations and send a secure message to our Customer Service team in the new portal! This exciting change requires a few simple steps from you, and we’re here to help you with them.

What action is required?

As a Health Tradition CarePlus member, you will need to create a new Maddy Portal account. 

How to create your new account:

1. Go to Member.MaddyPortal.com.
2. Click on “Create Account”.
3. Read the License Agreement, check “Accept” and click “Next”to proceed.
4. Fill out Member ID (dash must be included) and click “Next”.Your Member ID can be found on your ID card.
5. Fill out your personal informationand continue to the next step.
6. Create your account information and security questions before the final step.
7. Verify the information and click “Finish” to complete your account creation.
